Giveaway terms

1. Organiser

The giveaway “Win 1 of 5 decks” is organised by Sebastian Winzker, Livländische Straße 19, 10715 Berlin, Germany, email: sebwinzker@gmail.com. The giveaway is not associated with, sponsored or endorsed by any social network or other platform.

2. Period

You can enter from publication on traderstarotcards.com until 18 October 2026, 23:59 (Berlin time). What counts is when your sign-up is received; you must confirm it via the link within 48 hours of signing up.

3. Eligibility

Natural persons aged 18 or over who live in a member state of the European Union may enter. One entry per person. The organiser and persons involved in running the giveaway are excluded.

4. How to enter

Enter your email address on the website, accept these terms and confirm your entry via the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in). Only confirmed entries take part in the draw.

Entry is free and does not require a purchase. A purchase does not improve your chances. The optional newsletter sign-up is not a condition of entry and does not affect your chances.

5. Prizes

5 decks of “Traders Tarot – First Edition” (value €55 each). Each participant can win at most one deck. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred. Shipping within the EU is free for winners.

6. Draw and notification

Within seven days after the closing date, the winners are drawn at random from all valid, confirmed entries and notified by email at the address provided. To receive the prize, send us a delivery address within the EU within 14 days of the notification. If you do not reply within this period, the prize is forfeited and we draw a replacement winner.

7. Exclusion

We may exclude anyone who breaches these terms, enters more than once or with someone else's or disposable addresses, uses automated means or manipulates the giveaway. In that case a prize can also be withdrawn afterwards.

8. Early termination

We reserve the right to suspend or end the giveaway for good cause, for example technical problems or legal reasons.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential obligations are breached.

10. Privacy

See our privacy policy for how we process your data. Your data is used only to run the giveaway unless you also subscribe to the newsletter.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
